I’ve started a new YouTube series called In the Yard: Music & Sound with Sage Reynolds. I’ll be addressing topics related to my various projects, including my approaches to creating. On Friday, November 25, 2022, one of my songwriting projects, the band Life in Winter, released the first single from their new EP:
“Today we are releasing In the City, the first single off of the Northern Window EP, recorded back in 2016 and Planet Studios, Skybarn Studio, and Sage’s home studio! The full EP is scheduled for release in 2023 and we will be releasing several singles leading-up to the launch.
This music showcases the complicity that the band had after several years of playing shows and doing recording sessions together. In the City has a driving beat inspired by an 80s influence of Sage’s and its lyrics explore an urban character’s winter lifestyle.
